About the Author
Bruce Fuhrer is a renowned naturalist and one of Australia’s foremost botanical photographers. He has authored, co-authored, and illustrated multiple botanical works on fungi, mosses, liverworts, and wildflowers. His 25-year tenure in the School of Biology at Monash University culminated in an Honorary Master of Science degree awarded in 1988. In 1989, he received The Australian Natural History Medallion for his contributions.
